Easy & Delicious Pesto Recipe

Packed with green magic, this will keep in the fridge for a few days. Drizzle it over fish, chicken, eggs, salad, tofu, toast or salad. I've been know to take a spoonful as a tasty palate cleanser. 💚
1 large bunch coriander
1 large bunch parsley
2/3 cup or 160 ml of extra virgin olive oil
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1 handful pine nuts
4 cloves garlic
Sprinkle of black sesame seeds
Good dose of Herbamare seasoning
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
